Matt Baskin

President

Matt Baskin is our Co-Founder and President at ForgeNet Solutions. Matt has over a decade of experience in telecommunications, information technology, and construction as an Assistant Superintendent, IT Systems Engineer, Senior Engineer, Project Manager, and Leader. Prior to beginning his professional career Matt served 5 years in the United States Army and deployed to Eastern Province – Afghanistan where he received the Purple Heart Medal. During his career, Matt graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology – Cybersecurity, a Master of Business Administration – IT Management (MBA-ITM) and earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. He is known for managing expectations, problem solving, and process improvement, which is what ForgeNet Solutions is all about! Born and raised in Virginia, Matt has a great deal of DMV pride. You can find him cheering on DC sports teams regularly either at home, with family, or out with friends.

Andres Cifuentes

Vice President, Finance

Andres Cifuentes is our Co-Founder and Vice President of Finance at ForgeNet Solutions. Andres has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and has been an integral piece in scaling small businesses his entire professional career. Consistently implementing a strong aptitude for financial analysis, strategic planning, and client relationship management to help businesses thrive. With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry paired with his entrepreneurial background Andres has honed his abilities to navigate complex market landscapes and deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs to deliver positive results.

Fabian Prudencio

Vice President, Operations

Fabian Prudencio is our Co-Founder and Vice President, Field Operations at ForgeNet Solutions. Fabian has just under a decade of experience in telecommunications, data infrastructure, logistics, and leading in a vast number of projects in the National Capital Region. Fabian became one of the youngest Lead Technicians in his industry due to his willingness to learn, teach, and provide great customer service. Meanwhile, Fabian has a great eye when it comes to attention to detail, aesthetics, and making sure that all projects are completed on time and to the high quality standards that ForgeNet Solutions stands by. He believes that building a relationship with clients is the path to success and mutually beneficial.
